EmpowerBridge Academy was created by experienced business educators with a passion for helping young people thrive.
We saw the gap between what schools teach and the real-world skills kids need — like entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, team building, and negotiation.
That’s why we designed fun, age-appropriate programs where learning feels exciting, practical, and empowering.
From afterschool sessions to summer camps, we equip children and teens with the confidence and tools to create, collaborate, and lead — now and in the future.

Meet The Team
Hossein Khatami
Founder & Executive Director
Hossein is an award-winning professor, entrepreneur, and former investment banker with over 20 years of experience across finance, education, and business innovation. A PhD in Finance and a CFA charterholder, he has taught thousands of students at institutions like Hult, LSE, and NYU. At EmpowerBridge, he brings together deep academic expertise and real-world insight to shape future-ready programs that are both practical and inspiring.
Sara Kamali
Program Director
Sara is an award-winning educator with a background in youth entrepreneurship and curriculum design. With over 15 years of experience working with students across age groups, she is passionate about designing experiences that spark imagination and confidence. At EmpowerBridge, she leads program development and educator training.
James Patel
Head of Partnerships & Strategy
James brings a decade of experience in educational innovation, business development, and community outreach. Formerly with a global edtech company, he joined EmpowerBridge to help scale impact and forge meaningful school and corporate partnerships.
Leila Ansari
Marketing & Parent Engagement Lead
Leila specializes in communication and family engagement. With a background in digital marketing and a deep understanding of what today’s parents need, she ensures EmpowerBridge remains connected, responsive, and community-driven.
